Connectivity: Level3 BGP issue

Starting 18:20:33 CET as of today 25th September 2013 there are routing issue with the carrier Level3 at least in Munich. Our systems have automatically switched over the upstream connectivity to our other carriers and no packet loss has occurred, all systems operate normally and without downtime.
Level3 is informed about the issue, but has currently given no ETA or provided a cause for the issue.
We will update You once the connectivity issue with the carrier Level3 has been solved.
UPDATE 19:44 CET:
According to Level3 a 10GE-linecard on their router is defect and is currently being replaced. No ETA yet.

The defect linecard was replaced and the BGP session to Level3 is up and working again - zero downtime.
