Lift&Shift operation of fiber optics in Munich Baumkirchner Str.

Customer Impact:
Customer connectivity and uptime will be affected during the cable relocation.
Interconnection between datacenters will be affected.

Dear Customer,

please be advised that we will perform a necessary cable relocation on the dates and times shown above.

This Lift&Shift operation is necessary due to street works of the City of Munich in proximity of the data
center #2. All existing fiber optic connections to and from the data center #2 will be affected.

While we were able to get a temporary alternative fiber optic able up and we will try to minimize all
impact, routing, connectivity, latency and speed probably will be affected nonetheless due to capacity restraints.
