The KVM over IP service allows you to connect to the local console of your server (KVM = Keyboard Video Mouse) using your browser.

You will find your KVM access codes in the product welcome e-mail and in your control panel.

Should you have troubles accessing the remote console, please verify your Java version and security settings and also double-check any local firewall which might block the connections.

If after the login you are unable to see a screenshot of your server's console or unable to connect to the local console using the app-link provided there, please try to reset the KVM unit as follows:

1. Login to your KVM-over-IP facility using your browser and the access codes provided
2. Click on "Unit Reset" in the "Maintenance" menu
3. Click on the "Reset" button and confirm
4. Wait 60 seconds
5. Login again
