The Server24 Looking Glass provides you with information relative to backbone routing and network efficiency: Server24 Looking Glass.
If submitting a report to our technical support, please always include your (source) IP address and a traceroute to the destination host/IP address:
- traceroute or mtr are the preferred commands on Unix and BSD systems,
- wihle on Windows you should use tracert.exe and WinMTR (downloadable from our Tools collection).
This way it is easier to analyze possible network congestions and other network or routing related issues.
