To obtain an EPP (formally: AuthInfo) code to transfer the domain out of Server24, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Server24 Customer Portal.
2. On the menu bar at the left, click Domains, and then click My Domains (which takes you to Server24 Portal  > Client Area > My Domains)
3. Click on Manage in the column of the domain for which you want to obtain an EPP code.
4. Click on Get EPP Code in the Manage sidebar
5. A confirmation page appears, notifying you that the EPP code has been sent to the registrant e-mail address for the domain or the EPP code is shown outright on screen (this depends on the Domain Extension, the Registry, the Registrar and if you are the Registrant or just the Reseller of the Domain Name)
